For lunches and dinners, start with cocktail food, as guests arrive, on the platform, or a plated entree; main course, served alternate style, followed by a dessert or a celebration cake.
Pricing starts from $55 per person for 2 course, or $65 per person for 3 course.
Minimum numbers are required to book the venue for yourselves – 30 adult guests for mid week; or 50 adult guests on Friday or Saturday nights. No room hire is required if you reach the nominated minimum spend, but a deposit is required to confirm your booking. Please contact us to discuss the details of this type of booking.

Cocktail style food as a starter:
•Mini beef fillet mignons
• Goats cheese, pea and mushroom arancini
• Flash fried calamari
Main course (served alternately)
• Darling Downs eye fillet, caramelised onion tart, port wine jus
•Barramundi fillet, avocado and tomato salsa, tomato hollandise
Served with seasonal vegetables.
Dessert (served alternatively):
• Pecan and maple syrup pudding, butterscotch sauce, ice cream and cream
• Vanilla panna cotta, poached seasonal fruits
