High Tea Menus


Visit Inbound for a special occasion and celebrate with one of our High Tea menus.

These options are quoted to be held within our normal opening hours

(Tuesday – Friday, 10:00am – 3:00pm)    Other times are by special arrangement and extra costs may apply.  Final numbers need to be confirmed 48 hours prior to event, and this becomes the minimum number you are charged for.


Option 1:

Mixed platters of strawberry cream sponge, chocolate raspberry brownie, scones with jam and cream

Served with brewed tea and coffee on regular restaurant white crockery

$10.50 per person

(Minimum of 10 pax and 48 hours notice needed)


Option 2:

(Served on high tea stands, using regular white crockery)

Brewed tea and coffee

Savoury selection:

Ribbon sandwiches, (Toppings are leg ham, tomato chutney; and egg and lettuce)

Mini pork and apple sausage rolls

Sweet selection:

Scones with jam and cream

Mini chocolate eclairs

Cup cakes (eg strawberries and cream)

Petite tarts (eg chocolate or brulee filling)

$24 per person

(Minimum of 10 pax and 48 hours notice needed)


Option 3:

(Served on high tea stands, using antique fine bone china tea cups)


Savoury selection:

Ribbon sandwiches (Toppings are chicken breast, basil pesto; and salmon, cucumber, lemon creme fraiche)

Petite pork and apple sausage rolls

Tomato, goats’ cheese leek tarts


Sweet selection:

Mini chocolate and almond eclairs

Assorted macaroons

Petite strawberry tarts

Mini dark chocolate and macadamia praline tarts

Rosewater panna cottas


Byron Bay tea and espresso coffees
